Croydon Dental Practice · Full-arch implants
Replace a full arch of missing or failing teeth with a fixed bridge on just four implants. All-on-4 from £6,495 per arch with our implant dentist Dr Antikleia Nalmpanti, at our practice on Lower Addiscombe Road – serving Croydon, South London and Surrey.
All-on-4 is a way of replacing a whole upper or lower arch of teeth with a fixed bridge held by four dental implants. The two front implants are placed straight and the two back implants are angled to make the most of the bone you have, which can often avoid the need for bone grafting.
Illustration only – not a real patient. Your treatment is planned individually.
If many of your teeth are loose, broken or already missing, All-on-4 can replace a full arch with fixed teeth.
Implants hold your new teeth firmly in place, so there is no denture adhesive and no plate covering the roof of your mouth.
Angled back implants can often work where bone is limited. A 3D CBCT scan shows us exactly what’s possible.
Four implants supporting a full bridge usually means fewer procedures than replacing every tooth individually.

All-on-4 replaces a full upper or lower arch of teeth with a fixed bridge supported by four dental implants. The two back implants are angled, which can make use of the available bone and often avoids bone grafting.
It can suit people who have lost most of their teeth, whose remaining teeth are failing, or who struggle with loose dentures. We’ll assess your health, gums and bone, including a 3D CBCT scan, before recommending treatment.
In suitable cases, fixed temporary teeth can be fitted shortly after the implants are placed. Your dentist will confirm whether this applies to you at your consultation.
The implants usually need a few months to bond with the bone before your final bridge is made and fitted. Your treatment plan will include a personal timeline.
We don’t currently offer sedation. Treatment is carried out under local anaesthetic, and our team takes time to support nervous patients and explain each step.
No. Dental implants, including All-on-4, are private treatments. We do offer 0% finance through Tabeo, subject to status, to help spread the cost.
Dentures are removable and cost less, but can move when eating. All-on-4 is fixed in place and only removed by your dentist. We’ll explain the pros and cons of each for you.
Brush twice a day, clean under the bridge with interdental brushes or a water flosser, and attend regular reviews and hygiene visits.
