We want every patient to be happy with their care. If something isn’t right, please tell us. Complaints help us improve, and raising one will never affect your treatment.
How to complain
You can complain in person, by phone, by email or in writing to our Complaints Manager:
Zhazira Vyas (Zee), Practice Manager
Croydon Dental Practice, 202 Lower Addiscombe Road, Croydon CR0 7AB
Phone: 020 8656 6959 · Email: info@croydondentalpractice.co.uk
Please complain as soon as possible, ideally within 12 months of the event or of you becoming aware of it.
What happens next
- We listen. If you raise a concern in person or by phone, we’ll try to resolve it straight away. If we can’t, we’ll take your details and the Complaints Manager will contact you.
- We acknowledge it in writing within 3 working days and agree with you how we’ll handle it.
- We investigate. Complaints about clinical care or fees are reviewed with the dentist involved, unless you’d prefer otherwise. We aim to finish within 10 working days. If it will take longer, we’ll tell you why and when to expect an answer.
- We respond in writing, explaining what we found, any action we’re taking, and what to do if you’re still unhappy.
- We learn from it. All complaints are recorded and reviewed to improve our service.
We keep complaints confidential, separate from your dental records.
